BTC Internet

  • Step 1. restart your modem / router - switch it off for 30 seconds and turn it back on.
  • If this does not fix the issue contact us at support@businesstc.com.au or call 0747595000 . ( You can do this from a smart phone or tablet)

BTC Hosted PBX

  • Please reset your IP Handset by unplugging the power – wait 60 seconds and power the handset back on.
  • Ensure your internet connection is active and you can browse the internet from your computer.
  • Ensure the network cable is securely plugged into the back of the phone and the other end is securely plugged into the router.
  • If this does not fix the issue contact us at support@businesstc.com.au or call 0747595000 . (You can do this from a smart phone or tablet)

Computer issues

  • Take a picture or note down any error message that may come up on your screen.
  • Restart your computer
